Free freight minimum

Orders over $500 ex GST will be sent on free freight, orders under incur a delivery fee of aproximately $25 + GST.

Carriers

To provide you with a fast and efficient service, we use a variety of carriers, depending on your location and goods ordered. Details will be emailed to you once dispatched, highlighting the carrier used and full tracking details.

Transit estimates

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, the following are the estimates of transit times. Note these can be longer during busy periods such as the lead up to Christmas.

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane: 1 day from dispatch
  • Perth: 3-5 days from dispatch
  • NSW, VIC: 1-3 days from dispatch
  • ACT: 1-2 days from dispatch
  • QLD: 2-5 days fromr dispatch
  • SA: 2-3 days from dispatch
  • NT, TAS: 3-5 days from dispatch
  • WA: 4-7 days from dispatch

Note that if your order includes pre-order items then we will generally hold and dispatch once all items are available.

Items missing from order

If an invoiced item doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 7 days of receipt (ideally sooner, to help us track items lost in transit). If an item on your order is sold out, we will always notify you in advance to help with your planning.

Items arrive damaged

If you receive damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and keep hold of the product. We may want to organise collection, or see how we can prevent it happening again.

Faulty items & warranty

To maintain high quality standards, we like to hear about manufacturing faults as they occur. Many of our brands offer extended warranties. Contact us for more information.
