At the moment, we ship to Australia. If you’re overseas and would like to order for friends or relatives here, just enter your address as your ‘billing address’ and enter a separate delivery address.
Standard shipping (Australia Post eParcel): Free on orders over $100, with a flat rate of $9.99 for orders under this amount.
Express shipping (StarTrack Express): Flat rate $22.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day.
We provide both standard and express shipping options:
Standard (Australia Post eParcel)
AU East Coast: 3-5 business days from order dispatch
AU West Coast: 5-7 days from order dispatch
Signature is required on delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office.
Express Shipping (StarTrack Express)
1-2 business days from order dispatch
Signature is required on delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, your parcel will be taken to either your local post office or StarTrack depot.
If express shipping is not available when you place your order, the dimensions of your order may be too large. Please call us if you need clarification, or express shipping for a bulky order.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once dispatched, highlighting the carrier used, tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

Contact us if you need help tracking your order.
Please notify us of damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly replace or credit you, and will refund any return delivery costs incurred.
